INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
For orders outside the European Union customs duties and taxes may be required upon arrival of the shipment in your country. Please contact your local customs office to determine if there will be any charges and how much they will cost. We are not responsible for these charges and they are not included in the shipping charges.
If the order returns from customs due to unpaid taxes and duties or other local regulations, we will apply the normal return policy and deduct the return shipping costs from the refund.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If the product is damaged during shipping, please take photographs of the damaged product and send the pictures and further information to our customer service at info@balancershop.com.
This way we will be able to carry out the remediation on your behalf faster. Please keep the damaged packaging. We will replace the damaged item.

THEFT / SIGNATURE DISCLAIMER
In line with AGICOM's indications, in the event of theft/non-recognition of the signature, a copy of the report to be drawn up with the competent Authorities must be attached, and presented to the courier requested by you for delivery. Both the originator of the shipment and the recipient of the same can file a complaint. It is always preferable that the complaint be presented by the recipient since, in the event of untruthful declarations (for example, with the aim of obtaining a refund from the seller) all responsibility would fall on this subject. The complete data of the sender and the recipient must be cited in the declaration.
